3M DBI-SALA 2000037 Nano-Lok Connected Extended Length Order Picker Self-Retracting Lifeline Web, 11 ft

The 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Connected Order Picker SRL is an integral safety component of the smart connected fall protection system that can sense a worker’s presence on an order picker and detects their tie off status. The SRL design includes a dual sensing hook that detects if the hook gate is fully closed and locked, and also if users are hooked-up to their harness D-ring. When the SRL is paired with the system it also incorporates Bluetooth communication to relay tie-off status between the hook and overhead box which enables the alert system to provide real-time tie-off status to workers, peers, and site safety. The alert system incorporates optimally placed visual LED lights on the vehicle in addition to an audible alert from the overhead box to remind the worker when they are not tied-off.

3M™ DBI-SALA® Nano-Lok™ Extended Length Self Retracting Lifelines are rugged, yet lightweight and carefully engineered devices you can count on for comfortable and efficient fall protection. Stainless steel components, an anti-ratcheting brake system and a semi sealed design help provide the user with a system built to last. This SRL is designed so that the lifeline will extend as the user moves away and retract automatically enabling the user to move about within a recommended working area at normal speeds. Should a fall occur, a speed sensing brake system activates stopping the fall and reducing the forces imposed on the user.
