Does Foam Titan use special foam?

No proprietary cartridge is required. Foam Titan is designed for compatible professional two-component open-cell foam, closed-cell foam, and certain polyurea coatings supplied in 55-gallon drums. Confirm the material's ratio, viscosity, temperature, and pressure requirements before use.

Do I need a trailer?

No dedicated spray rig trailer is required. The machine can be placed in a suitable van, trailer, or shop setup. You still need safe chemical storage and conditioning, jobsite ventilation, personal protective equipment, and the supporting tools required by the chemical manufacturer.

Will it replace an $80,000 spray foam rig?

For a lower-volume contractor, it can replace the need to buy a complete high-output rig. It does not match the daily production, hose reach, automation, or onboard support systems of a large professional rig. Is spray foam application work safe for an untrained crew?
