The Miller VGCS-SC Automatic Pass-Through Cable Sleeve with Integral Swivel and Carabiner.

Vi-Go ladder climbing automatic pass-through cable sleeves are designed to follow the user along a 3/8” (10mm) or 5/16” (8mm) cable lifeline while ascending or descending, instantly locking in the event of a fall. Sleeves automatically bypass intermediate cable guides keeping both hands free for climbing.
