The VHO200 is a powerful vacuum for liquids or a mix of liquid containing solids as small as 50 microns. A metal basket and several available nylon filters let the user have different levels of filtration to recover, recycle or re-use the collected solids and liquid. The container is emptied manually by a ball valve or by differential pressure discharge.

To discharge collected liquid, simply turn off the vacuum, engage the external diverter control and restart the machine to easily and quickly purge the liquid while solids remain trapped in the perforated chip basket. The dual single phase bypass motors deliver a combined 1.6 kW of power and can be run together or independently depending on the demands of the application. Applications include metalworking, where coolant or light oil needs to be separated from shavings and swarf, pharmaceutical, chemical (non-combustible) production or food applications where collecting waste water or light oils is part of general housekeeping or a regulated maintenance schedule. A simple conversion allows the machine to be used exclusively for liquids, increasing its capacity to nearly 20 gallons and the stainless container can be completely removed for cleaning. The standard machine includes a discharge hose with a convenient gas station-style nozzle for controlled discharge into waste or recycling receptacles. A variety of different tools and accessories are available to best match the application. Please note the machine does not bear necessary electrical certifications for sale into Canada.
