Add spray foam services to the work you already do.

Foam Titan is compact bulk-drum spray foam equipment for trained contractors who want to add spray foam services to an existing business. It is built for repeat, lower-volume work. A dedicated crew running several chemical sets per day will usually need the production, hose reach, and onboard support of a full-size rig.

This 115/120V spray foam machine runs compatible two-component open-cell foam or closed-cell foam from matched A-side and B-side 55-gallon drums. Rebuildable gear pumps, a heated hose, and a low-pressure spray gun give you professional material handling without the entry cost of a complete rig.

Base package: $10,865. The machine, 50-foot heated hose, spray gun, drum feed kit, solvent flush kit, tip package, and operator manual are included. Freight is additional.

55-gallon drum spray foam system

The manufacturer states that the machine can spray up to 4,400 board feet per day from one matched 55-gallon set. At a 2-inch application, that same set covers about 2,200 board feet. Actual yield depends on the foam formulation, installed thickness, temperature, substrate, application technique, and field waste. Use the chemical manufacturer's stated yield and your own job data when estimating a job.

Foam Titan fits a van, trailer, or shop setup more easily than a generator-dependent high-output rig. Plan chemical conditioning, compressed air or solvent flushing, ventilation, and jobsite access around the material and application you select. Typical lead time is 2 to 3 weeks from deposit. The machine ships from Southern Oregon in a 4 x 3 x 3-foot carton, Class 150. Packaged weight is 230 lb with a 50-foot hose, 250 lb with a 100-foot hose, or 270 lb with a 150-foot hose. Freight is quoted separately.

Compare the three common equipment paths
Path What it fits What to expect
Disposable kit Small repairs or one-off work Small chemical containers and a simple entry point. Repeat work often carries a higher unit cost for chemicals.
Foam Titan Contractors adding repeat, lower-volume spray foam work $10,865 base package, 10 to 12 lb/min, 115/120V power, 50-foot heated hose, and matched 55-gallon drums.
Full-size rig Dedicated high-output spray foam crews Higher starting investment with more production, hose reach, and onboard support equipment.
Good fits for Foam Titan
  • Insulation and weatherization contractors adding spray foam
  • HVAC contractors adding compatible spray foam and air-sealing work
  • Builders, remodelers, and general contractors bringing repeat foam work in-house
  • Roofing, post-frame, metal-building, and agricultural-building contractors
  • Modular and off-site construction shops spraying in a controlled location

For HVAC and air-sealing work, confirm the selected material, substrate, preparation, and application requirements with the chemical supplier. Foam Titan does not establish HVAC certification, building-code compliance, or a particular insulation or air-sealing performance result.

Compatible materials

The manufacturer confirms compatibility with two-component open-cell spray foam at 0.5 lb density and closed-cell spray foam at 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 lb densities. The mix ratio is 1:1 by liquid volume. No specific foam brand is required, but check each product's viscosity and processing requirements against its technical data sheet before ordering.

FAQs

Before you order

This is professional application equipment. Operators must follow the material supplier's technical data sheet and safety data sheet, use the required respiratory and skin protection, ventilate and isolate the work area, control ignition sources, and follow product-specific re-entry guidance. Our team receives startup and service training for Foam Titan equipment.

Call for equipment guidance and a freight quote: (877) 801-5693. We can discuss your contractor type, intended application, expected job volume, freight, and material compatibility. Optional equipment is quoted separately.

How are service and warranty issues handled?
Net Zero Tools handles customer support and coordinates service and warranty work. Our team is trained on startup, shutdown, flushing, and troubleshooting, and we can bring in additional technical support when a question needs escalation.

Common questions

Does Foam Titan use disposable foam tanks?
No. It draws the A-side and B-side chemicals from standard 55-gallon drums through the included feed kit.

Can it spray both open-cell and closed-cell foam?
Yes, when the selected two-component material falls within the machine's operating requirements. Follow the chemical manufacturer's setup and processing instructions.

What does it cost per board foot?
The exact cost comes from the chemical price and actual field yield. Freight, temperature, lift thickness, substrate, overspray, trimming, and waste affect the final number.

How is it different from a full spray foam rig?
A complete rig delivers higher daily output, longer hose reach, and more onboard support equipment. Foam Titan gives lower-volume contractors a smaller system with a much lower entry cost.

What else will I need?
Your setup may require conditioned chemical storage, drum heaters, an appropriate air source, generator or shore power, ventilation equipment, personal protective equipment, masking and containment materials, and compliant transport. The exact list depends on the foam and the jobsite.
