The IVT1000CR cleanroom vacuum features a multistage filtration system with ULPA filter (99.999% @ 0.15 microns), 316 stainless steel body, ESD static control accessory kit, autoclavable trolley and canister. Expect quiet operation at 61 dBa noise level and light weight.

The vacuum has a ULPA exhaust filter as a standard part. The IVT-1000 is compatible down to ISO 4 (Class 10).
